We came to Mexico City for one night, everything was good. The staff were attentive and amicable and the location was excellent opposite of the mall.

Had a very pleasant stay on vacation and would stay here again. The room we had included cable channels, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk. The location was beautiful, just a short stroll away from Centro Santa Fe. Plus, it was just next door to a newer business district amongst high rises and Several grocery stores and restaurants on the street, including a convenient store right downstairs and a jogging and bike trail, several restaurants and an amazing local coffee shop called Local 3.

This was my pleasant stay on vacation. Had a big and excellent room to myself with sufficient cookware, nice view, master bedroom. Very very helpful staff, I enjoyed to be there. The location was particularly good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Teatro Zentrika.

It was a comfortable hotel in a pretty nice area, close enough to the mall, a newer business district amongst high rises and the great park la mexicana.

The staff were very very helpful and professional, and the free parking was available. The room was good and excellent, included with master bedroom and tableware, as for instance. It was nice to find a fridge and a washing machine.

It was a nice hotel, good base for one night in Mexico City. The staff were friendly, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Enjoyed our great stay there a lot...

There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room, liked that.

the staff were very helpful and helped with free parking. big size and excellent rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. great view and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom.

A wonderful experience at a charming hotel in a vibrant part of the city. We were amazed by the dedication and responsibility of the staff, who went above and beyond to retrieve a guest's stolen camera. The location was perfect, with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby, as well as a beautiful park just across the street. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette and comfortable living room. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the small studio room and flawed shower design, we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Mexico City. we had an enjoyable time and would gladly return.

Long distance from city center. Need a cab to travel almost anywhere as there is no local access to metro.

I stayed at this hotel and it was great! This place had an amazing location, right by the highway and just opposite of the mall. The Cafeteria was perfect for a quick snack, and there was even a circle K store nearby. The service was top-notch with great room amenities like ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the private bathroom was clean and had a kitchenette and stove.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
